What do I need to go live?
Just your phone and the Aaila Partner app. Set up your store, add a few products, and tap Go Live. A ring light and a stable internet connection help, but nothing else is required.
Can I stream to YouTube or Facebook at the same time?
Yes. Connect your YouTube channel or Facebook Page once in the app, and every Aaila live is broadcast there simultaneously — your products stay shoppable on Aaila while your audience watches wherever they already are.
How do buyers pay?
Buyers can pay online or choose cash on delivery. Each order shows up in your Orders tab with its payment status, so you always know what's paid before you dispatch.
What happens after someone orders?
You confirm the order, pack it, and mark it dispatched with the courier details — the buyer is notified at each step. Returns and cancellations are handled from the same screen.
